Return Policy
While we are confident that you will love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things do not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return request via our Returns Portal.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The following items are ineligible for return:
- Promotional or sale items including bundle deals
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and leggings
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, handbags, belts)
- Items that are worn, laundered, stained, or damaged
- Items with built-in undergarments
- Items with scents, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear
- Chic reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel returns that do not meet our requirements or appear to involve fraudulent or criminal activity.
MAKE A RETURN:
- Submit a return request via our Returns Portal.
- Print the return label and securely pack your merchandise in the original packaging, if available. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
- Please return the package within 3 days of the approval date. Packages received after this 3-day window will be returned to the sender. No exceptions.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Upon receiving your package, we will process your return within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your store credit has been issued.
